It is with a heavy heart that Columbia Classical Ballet announces that Brooklyn Mack, Artistic Director of Columbia Classical Ballet will not be renewing this season's contract. He followed the ballet's renowned founder Radenko Pavlovich, who he began dancing with at age twelve. Brooklyn Mack, one of the most celebrated dancers in the world, brought a new vision of innovation, fearlessness, and diversity that will forever leave its mark on Columbia Classical Ballet. The world is his stage.
The Board now begins its national search for Artistic Director. Columbia Classical Ballet has been nominated by Columbia Metropolitan Magazine as Best Performing Arts Group (winner for last three years!) and Best Dance Company.
