Cianna Sala - 

Cianna Sala was born in Tucson, Arizona. Ms. Sala began her ballet training at the age of four with the Tucson Regional Ballet. She continued her training through being accepted to and attending multiple summer intensives at Orlando Ballet, Houston Ballet, and American Ballet Theatre in New York. In 2016, Ms. Sala attended Ballet West’s summer intensive on a tuition scholarship. For the 2016-2017 season, she trained with Ballet West as a member of their Professional Training Division. She continued her training with Ballet West as she was promoted to Trainee for the 2017-2018 season. In 2018, Ms. Sala attended Oklahoma City Ballet’s summer intensive on 50% tuition scholarship, and she accepted a traineeship offer with them for the 2018-2019 season. Ms. Sala has performed a large number of classical repertoire, including Giselle, La Bayadere, La Fille Mal Garde, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Les Sylphides, and Paquita. She has also performed many choreographed and contemporary works, both with Ballet West and Oklahoma City Ballet. This is Ms. Sala’s first season with Columbia Classical Ballet.
