From China, he began his training in 2009 with the LiaoNing Ballet School of China. In 2012 JinChang continued his training at The Rock School of Dance in Philadelphia, PA. He was selected and performed in the 2014 and 2015 semi-finals Grand Prix at YAGP Philadelphia. JinChang’s awards include second place at Korea International Ballet Competition in 2011 and third place and Contemporary Grand Prix at Helsinki International Ballet Competition in 2012. His repertoire includes roles in Don Quixote, Flames of Paris and Chinese and Russian dancers in The Nutcracker. Columbia Classical Ballet welcomes JinChang for his first season.
