Mari Bell is from Vancouver, British Columbia.  She has studied with Valentina Kozlova at the Valentina Kozlova Conservatory of New York.  Mari has won gold medals at VKIBC Brussels in 2014 and VKIBC St. Petersburg, Russia in 2017.  She has also won two silver medals at VKIBC New York in 2017 and 2018.
