Five Points
Five Points is Columbia's original village. It began in 1915. It takes its name from the corner where Harden Street, Devine Street, and Santee Avenue meet.
Locally owned shops and restaurants. The University of South Carolina next door. St. Pat's in Five Points every March. In 2019, Five Points was listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Now there is a ballet school on Harden Street. A kid walking by with her mom can stop at the glass and watch a class at the barre.
The Five Points Association
We are proud to be a Five Points merchant. The Five Points Association keeps the village clean, safe, and full of life, all year round.
